Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.
